SMART POOL AUTOMATION &
SALT CHLORINE
GENERATOR REPAIR

Transform your pool's chemistry into an automated, self-regulating system. We repair and optimize Pentair ScreenLogic2, Jandy iAquaLink, Hayward OmniLogic, and all salt chlorine generators. From app connection loss to Check Salt errors, we diagnose and repair the complete system.

AUTOMATION SYSTEMS & SALT CHLORINE GENERATORS

An automated pool system should work seamlessly in the background — controlling filtration, circulation, sanitization, and temperature 24/7. When your control panel loses its connection, throws a Check Salt error, or refuses to respond to app commands, your pool chemistry spirals downward fast. We specialize in diagnosing and repairing all major automation platforms and salt systems to restore full control.

AUTOMATION PLATFORMS WE SERVICE

Pentair ScreenLogic2 & IntelliCenter
Wi-Fi enabled control with mobile app — app connection loss, panel unresponsive, incorrect readings
Jandy iAquaLink
Touchscreen control with app integration — display errors, app sync issues, valve actuator failures
Hayward OmniLogic
Intelligent pool automation — connection loss, sensor failures, scheduling errors
Pentair EasyTouch & IntelliTouch
Legacy and modern control panels — panel failures, relay issues, wiring problems
Valve Actuators
Multi-port valve solenoid repairs and replacements for all automation brands

SALT CHLORINE GENERATORS

A salt cell converts salt into chlorine continuously, eliminating the need for manual chlorine dosing. When performance drops or your panel shows a Check Salt error, the salt cell has typically reached end of life or the system has a connection issue. We diagnose cell health, test electrical connections, and recommend replacement when needed.

Pentair IntelliChlor
Salt cell testing, cleaning & control module repairs
Hayward AquaRite
Cell diagnostics, T-cell replacement & flow switch testing
Jandy TruClear
System optimization, cell cleaning & repairs
AutoPilot & others
Full diagnostic, cell replacement & warranty evaluation

COMMON AUTOMATION PROBLEMS

Loss of app connectivity, stuck valve actuators, control panel unresponsive, Check Salt errors with correct levels, lightning damage, or sensor failures all disrupt automation. We carry diagnostic tools specific to each platform and can often resolve issues same-day, restoring your automated pool system to full operation.

SIGNS YOUR AUTOMATION SYSTEM
NEEDS REPAIR

An automated pool system should run silently in the background. If you're seeing errors or losing connectivity, don't wait — call us for a diagnostic.

APP CONNECTION LOSS

Unable to connect to your pool control system via mobile app indicates a Wi-Fi issue, authentication failure, or a problem with the control module itself.

CHECK SALT ERROR

Check Salt with correct salt level indicates a failing salt cell, broken electrical connection, or a panel reading error that requires immediate diagnosis.

VALVE ACTUATOR STUCK

A stuck multi-port valve prevents proper water routing through filter or heater. The solenoid actuator may be dead or the valve needs cleaning and replacement.

CONTROL PANEL UNRESPONSIVE

A touchscreen that won't respond, buttons that don't work, or a display that shows nothing indicates a panel failure requiring professional repair or replacement.

SALT CELL LOW OUTPUT

Declining chlorine production indicates a salt cell reaching end of life (typically 3-7 years). When replaced, the system will return to normal performance.

LIGHTNING DAMAGE

After a storm, if your panel won't power on or displays weird characters, a lightning surge may have damaged the circuitry. Call immediately for assessment and repair options.

POOL AUTOMATION — FAQ

ScreenLogic connection loss can result from Wi-Fi interference, a forgotten password, the access point moving out of range, or a problem with the ScreenLogic module itself. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength, verify your account credentials, and restart the module. If the issue persists, the module may need repair or replacement. Call (239) 601-0923 for diagnostics.
When salt level is adequate but the panel shows Check Salt, the salt cell is not communicating with the control unit. This typically indicates either a failing salt cell at the end of its lifespan (3-7 years), a broken electrical connection, or a bad cell sensor. We can test the cell and connections to pinpoint the exact problem.
Yes. Wild Blue Pool Care is certified to repair Jandy iAquaLink systems including touchscreen panels, app connectivity issues, valve actuator failures, and sensor problems. We carry diagnostic tools specific to Jandy and can often resolve issues same-day with on-site repair.
Most salt cells last 3-7 years depending on water chemistry, pH balance, calcium hardness, and how frequently the system runs. Proper water balance extends cell life. When a cell fails, performance drops to nearly zero — salt generation is typically your first sign of cell failure, followed by the Check Salt error.
A failed solenoid actuator causes the multi-port valve to become stuck in a single position, preventing water from routing correctly through the filter, heater, or other equipment. The system cannot function properly until the actuator is replaced. We carry replacement actuators and can typically complete the repair same-day.
